TAC Air Enters Into Purchase Agreement With Supermarine of Little Rock

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (July 15, 2014) – TAC Air has entered into an agreement with Supermarine of Little Rock LLC to purchase the assets of their fixed base operation (FBO) located at the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport (LIT) in Little Rock, AR. Terms of the agreement are not being disclosed.

The transaction is expected to close in August and will expand the TAC Air network to a total of 14 locations. TAC Air’s other Arkansas FBOs are located in Fort Smith and Texarkana.

The Little Rock TAC Air fixed base operation will provide a wide range of aviation support services, including fueling, hangar space, and ground handling, plus other services as part of the TAC Air network.
